Does your gas boiler need service? Not sure about the cost? At Gas Safety Landlords, we inform everyone about gas safety. Landlords are legally obliged to have their boiler and other gas appliances, checked. If there’s only one boiler then that appliance will be tested with a full service. If there are other gas appliances, e.g. a gas hob, they too will need a service as well as the boiler. It will cost less to test/fix all appliances at once, than individually, especially with our team of expert gas engineers.

A gas boiler provides heating at home. It requires thorough testing. Every 12 months, landlords must arrange for a gas engineer to carry out a service, including testing, cleaning and general maintenance. Gas engineers should be listed on the Gas Safe register; always check their I.D card. Non Gas Safe registered engineers carrying out gas work, are committing crime. Therefore landlords will be dealt with by the law.

The gas service improves performance of the boiler (and other gas appliances), reduce the cost of gas bills and increase the safety of general gas supply. Carbon monoxide is a dangerous gas that kills, due to its clear, odourless, tasteless nature. Landlords can avoid this by arranging a gas service. It will cost more for unnecessary repairs and your boiler will always be faulty without service. Gas shouldn’t sacrifice the cost of your life!

Good service and a brilliant company. For my location being on the edge of London is complicated for property services especially as engineers do not wish to travel that far. GSL got an engineer out the next day after booking, he was on time, completed the job nearly instantly and he was gone. I got my certificate 48 hours later and there was no complications. They say if it's too good to be true it probably is right? Not in this case! Cheers.
